These pieces are an exploration into women's loneliness and depict Medusa before she was transformed into a Gorgon.

ELEANOR SWEETNAM is, above all else, a wanderer. This desire for adventure and discovery is clear in her work, as she bridges the gap between the past (the suffragettes and Greek mythology, for instance), and the places she dreams of going. Currently living in London, her illustrations are inherently linked to femininity and women’s loneliness and isolation.
